What You Configure

Domain authentication usually includes DNS records that prove Onchain Suite is authorized to send on behalf of your domain.

Setup Flow

  1. Open the project domain settings.
  2. Add the domain you plan to send from.
  3. Copy the DNS records shown in the setup flow.
  4. Add the records in your DNS provider.
  5. Wait for propagation and re-check verification.

Common DNS Records

  • SPF records identify authorized sending infrastructure.
  • DKIM records sign outgoing mail.
  • DMARC records define how receiving providers handle failures.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Double-check for missing quotes or trailing characters.
  • Make sure records are added to the correct host.
  • Allow time for propagation before retrying verification.
  • Remove conflicting legacy records if your DNS provider recommends it.
