Domain authentication usually includes DNS records that prove Onchain Suite is authorized to send on behalf of your domain.Setup Flow
- Open the project domain settings.
- Add the domain you plan to send from.
- Copy the DNS records shown in the setup flow.
- Add the records in your DNS provider.
- Wait for propagation and re-check verification.
Common DNS Records
- SPF records identify authorized sending infrastructure.
- DKIM records sign outgoing mail.
- DMARC records define how receiving providers handle failures.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Double-check for missing quotes or trailing characters.
- Make sure records are added to the correct host.
- Allow time for propagation before retrying verification.
- Remove conflicting legacy records if your DNS provider recommends it.
